Creating Space For Change Refund Policy

At Creating Space for Change, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching, consulting, and training experiences that are thoughtful, impactful, and rooted in trust. Because of the nature of the work, it is deeply personalized and time-based. Our refund policy honours both your investment and the time and energy we put into each engagement.

For Coaching Services (Individual Clients)
  • Strategy calls are complimentary and designed to ensure we’re a good fit before you commit.
  • Coaching packages (including single sessions or packages) are non-refundable once sessions have begun.
  • If you’ve purchased a package and decide not to continue, unused sessions may be transferred to a future date (within 6 months) or gifted to another woman in need, upon request.
  • Requests to reschedule must be made with 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations will be counted as used sessions.
For Corporate Services (Workshops, Team Training, or Consulting)
  • A signed agreement and deposit (typically 10-25%) are required to confirm your booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your time and allow for customization of services.
  • If cancellation is required, the remaining balance will be waived if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the service date will be invoiced at 50%.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled service will be invoiced in full, with no refund.
