The concept of creating 'With space' with others has really changed how we operate.


I brought Lisa in to faciliate the Connections workshop because we were really struggling to work effectively together. We were polite to each other but distant, and it was slowing us down. In the workshop Lisa created opportunities for us to really connect with each other, not in some forced or superficial way, but in a way that helped us see each other and realize we each have something in common. The concept of creating 'With space' with others has really changed how we operate. When we're stuck now, instead of digging into our positions, we try practicing curiosity and look for that shared space where we can find a way forward together.

I'd just taken over a deeply broken team. A number of very talented individually, but operating in silos with little trust. I needed to bring them together to get to know each other and then as a high-performing team, but I couldn't facilitate that myself. Lisa designed an offsite that created space for the team to connect as people, which built the foundation for everything else.
